Shipping Locations
All of True Individual's products are currently available all around the U.S. with the exceptions of certain U.S. territories and regions. Those areas being: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and any of the Armed Forces territories. As much as we want everyone to join the party, some places are trickier to send packages to than others.
Shipping Times
Transit time varies from location to location. All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through our domestic warehouse, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling and processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere between 3-10 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive items earlier (or later if you're international). Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control.
Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters, may cause further postal delays. As we are in the process of implementing package insurance, we currently cannot insure your item once it is considered "delivered". However, if your package does not arrive you still may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to be@true-individual.com for additional assistance in the matter if that situation occurs.
Shipping Options
We offer flat-rate shipping based on an item's weight. All orders totaling $90+ are offered free standard shipping worldwide. Domestic orders totaling $100+ are offered free expedited shipping.

*DDP = Delivered Duty Paid—DDP only applies to international shipping. Meaning we cover all costs to deliver the item to the your door. This includes shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. So once you place your order, you won't have to worry about any surprise fees.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided with every order and will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order.
Packaging
We have multiple checkpoints throughout the process to ensure your garments are picked, printed, packed, and shipped correctly. All garments are professionally folded and carefully inserted into self-sealing poly mailers with UV-protective coating inside, or inside a corrugated box if multiple items are ordered. Resistant to punctures and tampering. Large orders are often packaged in a corrugated box.
Shipping Fees/Import Taxes
All prices on our webpage have the taxes covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related custom fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination (this is most likely the case if you are purchasing from outside the U.S.), which are determined by your local customs office.
Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country, as the process our shipped items go through once it enters the customs department is out of our control. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
International Orders
As of now, we do not offer international shipping, but do plan to make our products available to as many folks as we can worldwide in the future!
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order, it will ship out when the product restocks. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email alongside a tracking number.
Returns
Once package insurance becomes officially available, each order will be sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. With package insurance, if your product happens to be held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us by the postal service, we will make sure to send you a new package with full tracking.
What happens to your package is under the responsibility of the postal service once it leaves our warehouse, however, in cases like the examples mentioned earlier, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please see our Return Policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
