Need to return? No worries. We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags attached. Please be sure to include the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@true-individual.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Make sure to pack and seal securely in the original box if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, you can use an unmarked box or packing box to ship your return. Note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if any items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition (i.e. stained, washed, damaged, or has any odors). You can always contact us for any return question at support@true-individual.com.
What if I got the wrong item?
Contact us immediately if what you received is not the item you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
What can't I return?
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make changes to it. If canceled, your payment will be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Can I exchange a product?
Yep. For each clothing item we offer a free one-time size exchange, which becomes available once we receive your package and verify that the item is in satisfactory condition. On top of that, the cost of shipping for the exchanged item will be covered by us. Make sure to ship your returns out within 14 days of submitting your exchange request or your request will be canceled. Any clothing item with a specific design cannot be exchanged for one with a different design. Stickers, pins, and accessories (such as hats) are not eligible for exchange.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (not the most helpful time-frame, we know, but some banks move money faster than others). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
